Forma uses radio-frequency technology to provide optimal skin contraction in the deep layers of your skin. Radio-frequency energy will stimulate the formation of new collagen and improve skin elasticity. Forma is suitable for all skin types and is appropriate for individuals seeking a non-invasive and a natural looking approach to achieve a younger appearance without surgery, scars, or downtime.

Cost:
Forma is typically performed once a week for 6 weeks in order to reach the desired outcome. Once the initial treatment is complete, maintenance treatments can be performed every 1-3 months and are available at a lesser cost per treatment. Length of time per procedure depends on total body area being treated.

Small area (forehead, hand)	$200 per treatment
Medium area (lower face, neck)	$250 per treatment
Large area (entire face, chest)	$300 per treatment

A discount of 15% will be applied to your total when purchasing the 6 treatment series.
