Welcome to Crossroads.
Crossroads Wellness Center is located in Cushing, OK. We are a wellness clinic and medical spa that specialize in hormone balancing, IV infusions, weight loss injectables, facials, lasers, such as laser hair removal, and many other services. Our business has been in operation since March of 2021, and our providers have been managing hormonal health for a large group of patients for over 10 years. Consultation
Before certain procedures, a consultation must be booked to ensure eligibility to receive the service.
It will say at the bottom of each service page whether a consultation is required, or not.
The consultation fee is $50. If a procedure is booked, the $50 will go towards the cost of the service.
(weight loss/wellness injections not included)
